Joanna Lord was born on the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago as the youngest of six children. She grew up in modest surroundings, fueled by the vibrant and lively spirit of her small village. Her mother’s stories played a pivotal role in shaping Joanna’s passion for writing, which began at an early age. She spent much of her youth crafting monologues and skits, performing them at her local church—a creative pursuit she continues to this day. A dedicated professional in the dental field, Joanna has worked closely with both adults and children throughout her career. Now living in Canada, she hopes to inspire others through her writing.
